Our Comfortable Rooms Have:

• Two beds
• Air-Conditioning (we're one of the few places in Puerto Viejo to offer this!)

Rates:

• $60 USD per night double occupancy
• $10 per person extra

Our terms and conditions:

• In an effort to keep our rates as affordable as possible, we request payment in cash (US$ or local Colones).
• Travelers checks and Credit Cards subject to 5% additional surcharge. These are charges levied on to us by local processors.
• Rates are quoted in US dollars and include applicable taxes and all utilities.
• We have a cancelation policy of refunding 75% of deposit as long as we can re-rent your time block. If notice is given well in advance, this is not usually too much problem as our rooms rent well.
• If space is available, a deposit of $75 (1-4 nights) or $150 (5 or more nights) is required to hold your reservation. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures unless prior arrangement has been made.

You can do that either by sending us a deposit or by securely sending us your credit card information to guarantee your reservation:

• Securely send us your credit card details now. Your credit card will be held on file in this case and you can pay with your preferred form of payment upon arrival. In the case of a no-show or a cancellation with a penalty due, your card will be charged the amount due.
• Pay a $75 deposit now for a stay of 1-4 nights.
• Pay a $150 deposit now for a stay of 5 or more nights.
